> We Hacked Our Own Website (And Made It Look Cool)
by Marios Tzavis
Welcome to the new Tzavis Studio website. Yes, it's green. Yes, it looks like we're about to offer you a red pill. No, we will not apologize.
Why Matrix?
Because we're two brothers making games in a small Greek town, and if that's not a simulation glitch, I don't know what is.
Also, green text on black background is easier on the eyes at 3am when we're debugging. This is a lifestyle choice.
What's New
The vibes. Everything now looks like you're accessing classified documents. Because our game dev progress is classified. Mostly because we forget to update our Trello.
Sound button. Yes, we added background music. Yes, it sounds like you're infiltrating the mainframe. You're welcome.
Theme selector. Don't like green? We got you. Switch between Matrix, Redpill, Ghost, Retro, Phantom, and Neon. Because one cyberpunk aesthetic wasn't enough. We made six.
"WANTED" poster. We put ourselves on a wanted poster for "crimes against reality." This is accurate. We made a game where you scream like a rooster. We are guilty.
The Technical Stuff Nobody Asked For
We rebuilt everything to be faster, cleaner, and 200% more cyberpunk. The old site worked fine. But "fine" doesn't make people screenshot your about page.
In Conclusion
If you hate it, take the blue pill and pretend this never happened.
If you love it, welcome to the resistance. We have Greek coffee and too many game ideas.
